Time & Attendance

Clock cards demand a great deal of valuable time and effort. They need writing out weekly, collecting and replacing daily. Then, after manual calculation of attended hours, data is transferred from them to personnel records. It has been estimated that all this laborious manual work takes approximately 18 minutes per employee, per week. Computerised Time Attendance can cut this down to just 2 minutes.

Computerised Time and Attendance is the perfect management information tool, you are able to compile and retrieve employee data at the touch of a key. You can pre-plan for absenteeism and holidays all within the Time and Attendance environment.

ID Badge Technology

The clockcard is replaced by an ID badge. This badge can be used universally for all swipe transactions: (Vending, Access Control, Work Booking, etc.). Badges can be professionally manufactured by the system and can incorporate a photograph and Company Logo, or badges can be supplied encoded either with magnetic strip, smart card or proximity technology.

The badges are credit card size so they fit comfortably in to a wallet or purse, alternatively they can be worn clipped to the person thus doubling as an ID card.

Data is collected real time and is instantly accessible from a central location. Providing up to the minute information that enables rapid response to situations as they arise. People managers can see on screen employees who have not arrived for work or, in the event of an emergency, a list of all employees who are on site can be produced at any time of the day or night. Exceptions are highlighted so that managers can take action to authorise as close to the event as is possible.

Health and safety

A fire register or roll call can be produced in fire assembly point order to a defined printer, floppy drive or fax machine. The register can be triggered automatically when the fire alarm is activated.

Working Patterns

You are able to define your working rules and penalties so that attended and premium hours are automatically calculated for weekly, monthly, flexi-time or annualised hours and with electronic export to payroll, the entire payroll function is performed in one simple process.

Absence and holiday

Absence and Holiday codes are user definable with hundreds of codes available to you. Holidays and Absence can be pre planned for years in advance and full attendance history can be kept indefinitely. With cross year reporting over any number of years attendance, and absence analysis is available at the touch of a key.

Reasons for non attendance (holiday, absence, pass out or company business) can be pre planned, input at the data capture terminal (in the case of a pass out), entered on the day of the event, entered or modified after the event. Some absences can be assumed such as: Late and unauthorised absence.

 Employee Tracking


Providing the ability to track employees as they transfer from/to department or activity. Employee Tracking accumulates the time against each activity giving vital management information at the touch of a key.

Communications to other systems

Export and import of data from and to other systems is readily available, enabling you to electronically transfer data directly to your payroll system without the need for re entry thus eliminating the laborious and time consuming task and removing the possibility of error.
